The new approach eliminates the shortcomings of the current Information Technology approaches to Telco Revenue Assurance and presents a new layered architecture for Telco Revenue Assurance. The new architecture leads to the development of practical Telco Revenue Assurance Systems and this research results in developing such a model solution. The new solution is simple, scalable and cheap so that any Telco can put it into use easily.
