    The internet is among the most pervasive inventions of all time . As our businesses and families become increasingly intertwined with it, the more essential it becomes for us to take a proactive role to protect our loved ones from internet pornography and other dangers. With the advent of pornographic sites, violence sites, gambling sites, internet has become a more and more dangerous place for kids these days. Along with the freedom that these kids are enjoying in all the things that they can do online , like emailing, chatting, social networking, gaming and so much more, it seems like there 's no limit on what they can do when they start using the internet. These have raised a great concern among parents and so a lot of them have turned to technology to fight technology with the aid of a parental control and monitoring software. This proposal prepared as a solution to the child protection and describes the safeguard application which is a system that helps parent to monitor the activities going on the home PC and controlling those using mobile devices in online mode as well as offline mode. This research answers to the online protection mode which is not currently address by any child protection system. One of the Major goals of this research is to develop a stable, high performance and unique safeguard child protection system to track and control activities made on online and offline modes using mobile devices.
