| dc.description.abstract | In Sri Lanka, there is a great demand for a comprehensive and user friendly document on astronomy. Such document will be of immense value to students as well as the general public. During this project, such a complete document was prepared together with an excellent collection of diagrams, drawings and colour pictures. Next the document was formatted using HTML so that additional features such as the inclusion of animations and hyperlinks between relevant pages. Finally, a CD Rom was produced contains the entire document. This can be copied and mass produced for distribution to interested parties. | |
