dc.description.abstract | Generating a time table for a university system is very difficult as many dependencies need to be considered. Doing amendments also is not easy. Notifying the Time table and the changes to the students is very inefficient with legacy systems. The time table creator is a decision support system which allows user to decide the best combinations of subjects very easily and decide the final time table. The dependencies between subjects are stored in a database and loaded in to an array, when creating the time table. The time table creator shows you the minimum number of slots needed in order to create a template and it suggests a basic arrangement of subjects. The user could do few adjustments if necessary and the time table is populated over a given period | |
