For the export production, quality and the competitiveness are the main consumer decision factors. For a manufacturer of surgical gloves, quality of the surgical gloves is very important to guarantee the security of its users. Therefore, proper continuance inspection of the production is important to assure that the quality level will be acceptable to the consumer. But, there are some drawbacks in the existing method of sampling procedure of surgical gloves. In order to overcome the existing drawbacks, a new method based on ISO 2859 single sampling procedure is proposed. In the proposed method, a special care is taken to select the samples so as to represent the whole populations in the lots, to avoid the overlapping of two consecutive lots and to vary sample sizes with the varying lot sizes. The other advantage of this proposed sampling procedure is that it enables to maintain the required consumer’s target.
