Development of a web based personnel governance system

Abstract

This report presents the design and implementation of a system to manage the working personnel within an organization. The work involves developing an online platform which can synchronize vast amounts of data while maintaining data integrity and smoothness of operation. Basically this system keeps track of all the employee related details that are in the organization it self . The system is responsible for managing all the details including employee personnel data, inquiry data, personal loans, salary management and so on throughout a centralized database. Since this is a web based system, people can access it throughout the network quickly and allows reducing t he cost of most of the related activities. The work involves combining technologies such as PHP, CSS3, and HTMLS to make use of their advantages while compensating for weaknesses. The developed system works according to the expected \ specifications. It is therefore anticipated that the system can be enhanced and implemented as a fully functional personnel management system.
