Web based medical rep management system for biomed international (pvt) ltd

Abstract

Today in the world online application becomes more popular and attractive method of improving the efficiency of day to day activities of large scale organizations. However in Sri Lankan context we are unable to upgrade our technological application as par with the global technological developments. Though large scale private organizations have been touching new technology at some certain level, most of the public and other private sector institutions are unable to get the benefit of this technology other than letting to dominate tradition methods which are always consuming time and resources inefficient manner.

Therefore this project is designed and deve loped a web based application to replace the manual functionalities of medical sales representative by the system called Biomed Medical rep management system. In general though the manual work of the Medical rep management system consumes more resources such as time, stationaries, communication facilities and human reso urces and etc., they are not used in maximum effective level. As a solution for those shortcomings, a new web based computerized system is being designed and developed in order to address and manage the daily and periodical activities of sales representatives of Biomed International (Pvt) Limited.
