Remote monitoring loan management system

Abstract

This REMOTE MONITORING LOAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM was designed for the MIS Stafford Motor Company (Pvt) Ltd. as per the requirement of the company, for handling the Loan Scheme for employees. A manual Loan system already exists , but the company needs to automate the Loan Management System to improve the .efficiency of the loan process.

A data encryption method was used to improve the data security since this is a financial system. For further advancement of the system a SMS facility was introduced so that the employees are informed the status of the loan via their mobile phone using Short Messaging Service (SMS).

An important feature of this system is that it allows employees to apply for the loan via the interface provided at the system. Once the loan application is taken into consideration by the Loan Granting Committee, the employee is informed via SMS about the situation of the Loan. After implementation of the Loan, employees are updated about the further activities such as deduction of installments.

In addition to the Employees , the System Administrator and the Loan Office interact with the System for their activities. This system was designed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000.

The System was tested with set of sample data. All the functionalities are implemented properly including the SMS feature and the Report Printing . Finally, it would be coupled with the existing system of the company. The System caters the requirement successfully for realistic implementation.
